About me
I am an experienced Psychologist dedicated to helping individuals and families overcome their challenges.
I am authentic and compassionate and offer a warm and engaging experience when working collaboratively with my clients to help them become unstuck, bring about change and connect with what is important in their lives.
As a busy mum of three growing children, I understand the challenges of everyday life and I am committed to creating a safe and non-judgmental space for all individuals and families who come to therapy at a tricky time in their lives.
I am passionate about connecting with children, teens, adults and families and believe that working holistically within the context of the family system is essential to supporting individuals and families to thrive.
